What you'll receive-

The top will feature Cookie Monster with a blingy sequined party hat and I've put a satin bow on the top of the party hat. Your little girl's name will be embroidered below Monster's face and each shoulder will have Cookie Monster blue feathers. The feathers will be attached to alligator clips that will hook to a ribbon loop on the shirt so you can use them in her hair when her party is done!

The tutu will be made of Cookie Monster blue tulle and will be extra full. The waist will be wrapped with matching satin ribbon. My tutus are fuller and shorter than most as I prefer mine to be more like a ballerina would wear. They puff out more because they aren't long stringy pieces of tulle so if you're little girl is still crawling, no tulle will get stuck under her knees :)

The bow will be two layers of the blue satin ribbon as is on the shirt and tutu. The center of your bow will show a fancy rhinestone. If you need a headband, please ask and I'll send a matching one for no charge.
